PSi was engaged to carry out and supply complete mining & equipment package to sink a shaft 110 meters deep by 6 meters diameter by strip and line process. The project was changed to a blind sink due to poor ground conditions encountered and we had to fully concrete lined the shaft under challenging constraints, the project was delivered by drill & blast and the waste was kibbled out of the shaft successfully of a working stage the project was completed within budget without any incidents nor lost time injuries.
