  • Environmental Manager: Oversees the development, implementation, and monitoring of the organization’s environmental programs. Responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
    Employees: All employees are expected to follow this Policy and contribute to environmental protection efforts by adhering to best practices, minimizing waste, and promoting sustainability in their roles.

8. Monitoring and Compliance

  • Performance Monitoring: Environmental performance will be regularly monitored through key performance indicators (KPIs) and sustainability reports.

  • Compliance Reviews: Regular reviews will be conducted to ensure adherence to environmental regulations and standards, with corrective actions taken as necessary.

  • Non-Compliance: Non-compliance with this Policy may result in disciplinary action or contractual penalties, depending on the severity of the violation.

9. Policy Review

This International Environmental Policy will be reviewed annually to ensure it remains relevant, effective, and aligned with evolving international environmental standards and best practices. Amendments will be approved by senior management.

9. Approval and Implementation

This Policy has been approved by the Executive Team of PSI TUNNELS & SHAFTS LIMITED and is effective as of 5th August 2026.

All employees, partners, and stakeholders are required to comply with the principles and guidelines outlined in this Policy.

In addition to the above commitments, we will ensure that all our works are done in accordance with ISO14001 Environmental Management.
