Ken West - General Manager Operations Ken has an accomplished 28 years’ background in managing complex mining and tunneling infrastructure projects. With a proven ability to manage large teams of tunnellers and miners he achieves improved production rates on challenging drill and blast projects. Recent examples include recovering the problematic XRL824 D&B Tunneling Project in Hong Kong resulting in a productivity improvement of 800%. His hands on approach adds value to every project, coupled with his extensive experience and ability to deal with complex site and project constraints on both major or smaller projects. Ken trains, develops and leads teams to safely deliver required production outputs, on time and on budget. He is particularly good at working in remote locations and with the local community to ensure win-win outcomes. He has over 20 years’ experience working in the highlands of Papua New Guinea.

Argot Ansons - General Manager Engineering and Finance Argot has over 25 years in the construction and mining industry. He has successfully worked as an operations manager and project director on both national and international complex mining, engineering and infrastructure projects. His experience includes mine development, production mining, shaft sinking, road, railway and water tunnels, ocean outfalls, marine works, foundations, road construction and quarrying projects. Argot has delivered hard dollar and relationship contracting projects using target cost and alliance models. Major project experience in Australia includes Airportlink, Eastlink, Gold Coast Desalination Alliance and Lane Cove Tunnel. He has also managed mine development, production mining and shaft sinking contracts at Cannington mine, Osborne mine and Eloise mine. His gold mining projects include West of Scotland Shaft in Gympie, Cracow in Queensland, Great Victoria in WA and Kainantu in PNG. His Hong Kong projects include Kowloon Southern Link, Harbour Area Treatment Scheme, MTR South Island Line 901 Station and XRL 824 Project. Argot also has a strong background in tendering, including bid management for the XRL 820 TBM Tunnel Project and XRL 821 D&B Tunnel Project in Hong Kong.
