PSi was engaged to develop a forty meter walkway tunnel from North Quay ferry terminal to the newly built government building opposite the casino in Brisbane Square, The project was to break and excavate the rock seven meters below the main road and underneath the Brisbane square in environmentally challenging conditions and fully concrete line the tunnel. Non explosives rock breaking method were used to complete the project successfully on time and within budget without any incidents nor lost time injuries.
