PSi was engaged to set out and preparation of existing embankment, placing of rock below sea level. Involved the sorting of rock at the Mt Bassett Quarry, loading, carting and placement of rocks in the appropriate layers. A large quantity of sand was required to be loaded and carted to the breakwater wall and placed, and compacted as required to the appropriate levels.
